About a year ago, my girlfriend took her car to these guys for an alignment. They said they couldn't get the verticle alignment right and that it had incorrect parts installed. We got it home and I discovered that one of the sway bar link bolts had come completely undone and the sway bar was not attached at all on the side they said had problems, about 6" from the cam nuts that control the alignment(picture included for the mechanically inclined). That's why they couldn't get it aligned, and they let her drive home on that. I got a new nut, rettached the sway bar and another shop had it aligned no problem in less than 30 minutes.
Fast forward to today, she took her car for an inspection and they failed it for a crack in the tail light housing. That's essentially a non-issue, but whatever. We taped it, took it back and they passed it. The kicker is that the car has had a turn signal bulb out for about 6 months now, they missed that too and it would have been an actually legitimate reason to fail it lmao.
I'm sure some of their technicians know what they're doing, but it seems like a lot of them don't. I'm sure they're great at installing tires and wheels maybe, but for anything else I'd go anywhere else. Total clown fiesta.

Closed during listed business hours, both on their Google listing and on their building sign.
Edit: at least McDonald's knows show to keep a schedule and how to treat their customers.
What an extremely rude response.
