  "WARNING SPRINGFIELD RESIDENTS" DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH!!! Unless you don't mind scratches, screws and nails in your tires AND EVEN A CRACKED WINDSHIELD I ADVISE YOU DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH. One time I went through the automatic wash came out and stopped to use the vacuum and noticed a small scratch at the bottom of my windshield which immediately started growing by the time I was done it was halfway up my windshield. So apparently there was a nail screw or some kind of debris in one of the bristles that scratched my windshield. So I called and told them about it had to be turned over to a manager took weeks for me to hear back from them only for them to tell me that they had to check the camera and that the small scratch was already there on my windshield before entering the car wash and that they would not be replacing my windshield. Funny it was on the driver side right in front of the steering wheel where I would have definitely noticed it immediately noticed that after I went through the car wash. Then today March 6th I recently purchased a new vehicle went-headed inspected got my tags and decided to give it a nice clean wash against my better judgement thought for sure nothing would happen like that again. So I go through the car wash and drive home and get my tire shine out to start cleaning my wheels and shinning my tires. I go to shine the rear passenger tire and notice a giant screw stuck IN THE SIDEWALL OF MY TIRE. That's the 1st only place I had been since getting my tags and my tire pressure monitor system had not alerted me of any low tire. So I immediately drove to the closest professional tire shop to have it removed and patched. So the tire shop employee and owner looked at the location of the entry point and even wrote me a note of expertise to take to Mister stating that as a tire pro expert who patches tires daily for a living also stated that their is no was due to the spot it did not come from being ran over and agreed that it had most likely came from the Mister Car Wash drive through. Long story short once again the location manager of this Mister Car Wash argue that there was no way possible it could have came from them and that it would have most likely went through one of the vehicles before me I stated How do you know That one of the vehicles in front of me did not Catch A nail or screw It just hadn't realized it yet So once again I was screwed Out of Forty dollars This time At least it wasn't a windshield But for all of you who use Mr Car Wash I would just like Ever the public to know used with caution they do not clean out their wash bays and they do not take responsibility for any damage to the vehicles that use their car wash not only do they not take responsibility they lie and fabricate and deny their way out of taking responsibility for their paying customers who are how they are able to receive a paycheck zero stars do not recommend use any other car wash but Mister Car Wash not saying it'll happen every time but just now it will happen that's two incidents for me in 2 years.

  Great car wash and great to see young team be excited about what they do. You have a keeper in Hannah! Great attitude and customer service. Keep up the good work!

  After the snow, I just came in to get a wash and vacuum the car out. The staff was very friendly, especially Hannah, who made my day by offering to power wash my floor mats. I didn’t even know that was an offering! Many thanks!

  Car Wash leaves water spots on my Vehicle. It would also be helpful if they would always spray water on the windshield to allow the driver to ensure that they’re sense wipers are in the Off position.
