She also offered to take the very dirty floor mats in and power wash them, until they looked like new. Above and beyond.

The customer service and he went over and beyond to help me. My car is a little broken on my right side and he took a look and prevented me from causing more damage and he allowed me to vacuum my car. It was freezing cold and when most people would be bitter he was not.

Love the unlimited wash option when you have been in the mud, after a road trip with lots of bugs, or dusty roads. The staff will hand spray bugs and wheel welds. If it's not clean you can re-wash unlimited times at no additional cost.
