  I purchased food and charging my phone at the counter that has 9 plug ins for just that purpose and the employee told me I was loitering and would have to leave. Please encourage your employees to know the law if you are going to kick a paying customer out. Incase you would like to check it out Chapter 240 statue 240-2 paragraph G explains on what grounds I would need to be participating in to be considered loitering. Why put tables in your store if you don't want people to use them? Why have a power strip for customers if you do not what them to use it? Why have unprotected wifi if you dont want people to stay to connect and utilize it? She didn't ask any questions she just straight up said I'm loitering. But law enforcement can loiter for hours on end. I will be getting my $45 of gas every other day at a different company as well as the merchandise I buy daily from there. I'll encourage all my co workers who work right across the street and frequent that Kum and Go to not use Kum and Go anymore.

  The only reason I gave 3 stars, you gotta be quick if you want to get points. Won't say which clerk, but they sometimes won't give you a chance to use the rewards card.

  Parents of infants/toddlers: There is not a changing table in either bathrooms. Take your business elsewhere.
