  Bombarded with extremely loud advertisement while pumping gas! Ridiculous! NO ONE WANTS TO HEAR THAT GARBAGE ! JUST WANNA PUMP MY GAS...

  This review is not directly at Maverik, but rather their Nitro card. I would strongly recommend anybody considering getting a Nitro card to think better of it. Because As of late, I've had nothing but hassle after hassle, dealing with the Nitro card. they have overcharged transactions, and when you try to get it rectified. They give you the runaround until you either give up or take it as far as it can go, when it could have been easily avoided. Maverik themselves are a good company and they have good deals, but their Nitro card is more or less a waste of time and not worth the savings that you don't even really get

  I have NEVER written a review before… but my experience was SO BAD!!! Went to the gas station today. Went inside and was looking around for someone to check me out. FINALLY a black guy with long dreads come over. Asked me if I was paying cash or card.. I said card 10$ on pump #4. I went to use tap to pay and the computer wasn’t picking up my tap. The guy checking me out became very angry at the fact his computer wasn’t working?. I told him I have the actual card I could try that. I go to try the and he told me “I’m doing way to much I need to stop.” At this point I feel like a scolded child. His tone. The way he made me feel. Anyways finally paid and then I went to walk away and he literally became a total jerk and was telling me about how I need a code to pump gas. This man was SO RUDE!!! I have never been treated so poorly by a gas station clerk… I’ll never be back.

  After paying for my gas and cigs I went back in to get coffee. As I walked to the coffee machine I overheard the female cashier say " this is the second time she's came in think she is stealing " RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE CUSTOMER SHE WAS TALING CARE OF! I male started staring at me did not take his eyes off me even when I went to the register. He then started to walk to the register as I did. I sat my cup of coffee on the counter and said " you know what I don't appreciate being treated like a thief" and left. Other customer where staring at me from the counter after what she said not just embarrassing but RUDE!!! I WILL be telling ky3 as well as everyone at custom metal craft the airport and everyone I know not to go in this store anymore due to how they treat they're customers.
