Absolutely zero toilet paper in the men's stall, no soap in the soap dispenser, appeared restroom hadn't been cleaned in a while. When I told the worker that appeared to be the shift manager I want offered even the simplest form of an apology. The only toppings for food items was approximately 1 tablespoon of diced onions and some sliced pickles and the condiment squeeze bottles were covered with ranch. I prepaid for fuel, got out to the vehicle to start pumping the fuel and it asked me for an authorization code. I never got a receipt or anything from the guy the cash register so I had to go back inside and ask for the authorization code and receipt so I can pump my gas. Not a great start to my morning...

The squeegee water smelled like feet and had no detergent in it.
For me, it's the little things. I put a lot of miles on my rig, so little amenities matter. When I fuel up I want to easily clean the bugs off my windshield. So properly maintained window cleaning products is important. Water changed regularly, placing detergent in the bucket, good squeegee's, paper towels (which were also out).
.50 cents worth of detergent will also make your $40 squeegee last longer because people aren't scrubbing them to death.
To wrap it up, receipt paper at the pumps. Again, some of us weary travelers have to track our fuel receipts so having the pumps properly stocked and maintained is a must. Thanks for the great pricing as you roll out the Maverik brand, though!
