The cashier lady 12:32pm was very rude when I pointed out that Maverick is falsely advertising prices for their raspberry cream flips. It's $2.49, not $2.79 that they attempt to charge. This type of price manipulation can get your company sued. I was very polite, didnt have an attitude, but just told her that it's not her fault personally, but might be an issue. She just had an extremely rude attitude towards me. I didn't appreciate that. I won't be back because its not nice to be disrespectful towards customers.

The GM of this location is a complete joke. I had higher expectations for Maverik. He won't handle customer complaints, instead he just wont take your calls, or call you back and tells his assistant and shift lead for people to call corporate. I had a very unpleasant call to this location where one of the employees said something under their breath and she didn't think I could hear her, to her surprise I could. When I asked to speak to the manager they gave me the shift lead, he was very pleasant and helpful but unfortunately I know from experience they just cant do much so I wanted to speak to a higher up. He refused to speak to me so a few days later I went into the store, to no surprise the GM was just standing around gossiping with the girls. I'm not sure when it became appropriate to work in customer service and not greet customers, and talk about private business in front of them. This store has a few quality employees but the GM needs to go.

It's a good location. They are always out of hot foods like pizza. They don't sell but a couple types of protein bars. The air compressor is usually broken. Maverick is nowhere as good as Kum & Go

I wasnt rude when i came in. i got two sodas and when they rang up free i asked a question. the guy at the counter acted as if i was holding him verbally hostage. if you dont know anything about your own app, get retrained. there is no need to dissmiss someone asking clarifying questions . it wasnt crazy busy. i was at self checkout so i wasnt holding up your line and your lady coworker wasnt helping anyone cos she came up right next to you. so dont treat your cusomers like an inconvience. you dont know what people are going through. that caused me stress and i went to my car to cry because i was so turned around my that transaction. if you hate your job find a new one.

I came in here to use the restroom. I also went ahead and bought bottle of Propel. Your cashiers & shift lead didn't speak to customers great any customers, ask anybody if they found everything okay, or if say have a good day. They were too busy gossiping and talking about personal things that have nothing to do with work-related issues. I had to ask the shift lead to repeat the total for my drink, because he was too busy talking to the other employees. I was never offered a receipt either. I'll never go into a Maverick station if I have to use the bathroom or dying if thirst.
