At about 530 I get a phone call that says it’s gonna be just a little bit longer and then I get a phone call from Jiffy Lube telling me my car is ready. So I arrived in at about 620 and find out that the inspection technician should’ve been off work a while ago, but stayed late to take care of my car. Excellent service and excellent customer service going above and beyond.
