Another mechanic discovered the clips were off on front brakes. No wonder I bumped into another car when brakes failed. Goodyear would do nothing about it because their mechanics did not note it. Ladies BEWARE this shop is a nightmare! I paid for new brakes again somewhere else.

The people working on my car told me an issue that happened when the dealership work on it previously. They were able to resolve the issue so that I didn’t have to contact the dealership. This could have caused something that could have seriously damaged my car. They were awesome! Very friendly! It’s so nice to drive away and feel confident that everything was taken care of. When I scheduled and dropped off my Mazda3 I was not informed that there would he additional charges for this AC Check, nor was I called to confirm before the charges were made. This feels like a bait and switch offer.
