- CHChad Lila HamblinJan 1, 20262.0Stopped in New Year’s Eve. Came in to shower. Asked for a towel because my husband and I were showering. I stood there and waited for almost ten minutes. I went up and asked the two women up front that were gabbing to each other behind the counter. You would think one of them would get me a towel. Nope the one lady said the girl will be in to get you a towel. So I went back and waited again. Finally I got my towel. Then I got in a cold shower. # 6 freezing. I didn’t bother saying anything because. Why bother. The place is nice and clean. But pay more attention to your customers.

An employee named Kris walked right past us to his register and started counting down his drawer and didn't even acknowledge that we were there. When I asked him if we could get some help, he told us that he was counting down his drawer and was closed. When I asked him if someone else could help us, he reiterated that he was closed, very rudely. This is not the kind of place I want to do business with and will never step foot in a Flying J again. I gave them one star, just because there wasn't anything lower.
- RTRoad TruckingDec 21, 20252.0This place Needs to repaint the Reserved Spaces on the paved lot and did Not have Posted Signs behind some trucks Therefore I did not know I had parked on a Reserve Space finally took my flashlight to LOOK on my space Can’t see the marked space on the ground Yeah I went to bed early for early appointments It’s True the security Guy will KNOCK ON YOUR DOOR TO MAKE SURE YOU PAID FOR RESERVED SPOT I slept 2hours then woke me Up 8:30pm and there is few spaces left I noticed …. Beware of where you park here, Drivers,, plus be sure to place Paid Parking Receipt on your window…. So Security guy won’t Wake you up
- MLMoon LeeDec 21, 20255.0This is the best truck stop in springfield mo. They have a very nice and polite lady that works there her name is Kayla. Kayla is awesome at her job she's always smiling has the most polite and sweet voice, always helpful no matter the problem she will find a solution. Just because of Kayla id give the truck stop a 10 if I could. The store is clean the bathrooms are clean and its friendliest place to stop. If im having a bad day she takes the time to make it better!!! Thank you Kayla for all that you do your the reason ill keep coming back. Your the best 10 stars God bless
