  I have literally never had a better experience, renting a vehicle from any brand of rental company than this particular company and particular location. These guys are completely a professional, courteous and friendly. They’re organized, punctual, and on top of practically anything you could need. I won’t be using any other company or location except for these specific guys for as long as I live in Missouri. That goes for both my personal and future business needs

  Our truck broke down and we were in a pinch. Walked into Enterprise to see if they had anything available. Dawson and Christian we're very helpful and knew exactly what we needed to get us back on the road. The rental was top notch, imaculate and a very smooth ride. It handled the trailer and the load. We even got better fuel mileage than we expected. Customer service was the best we have ever received. I am so thankful they were able to help us out. They truly made a Christmas miracle happen and we all made it home safely. These guys desrve a raise or bonus because they treat customers like family. Thankyou

  Dawson is the man. He actually cares about the customer's experience and does whatever is needed to get the desired results. I'll keep my business with Dawson, until he inevitably moves up the ladder.

  Dawson and Christian at the Springfield location were fantastic to work with! Very kind and supportive while we dealt with a very stressful move. Dawson even went above and beyond to bring us another truck late in the afternoon when the one we had started acting up. I would definitely use them again and can’t thank them enough for all their help!
