    The whole team is so sweet, knowledgeable and efficient. I got my rental car very quickly after an 8 hour flight. The next time I’m in SGF I will definitely use enterprise again!

    I had a very disappointing experience at this location. This is not the first time my confirmed one-way reservation has been refused. I booked a vehicle with Enterprise in advance, and the reservation was confirmed. About 1.5 hours later, the booking completely disappeared from the system. When I arrived at the airport, I made another confirmed reservation on the spot through Alamo — and again was told there were “no cars available.” What made the situation worse was the receptionist’s attitude. She spoke in a dismissive and unprofessional tone, did not explain the situation properly, and made no effort to help. When I asked to speak with a manager, she refused to call or bring one. It’s extremely frustrating to rely on confirmed reservations for travel, only to be refused at pickup — especially when it appears to happen specifically with one-way rentals. In the end, I rented a vehicle from Hertz at the same airport and had no issues at all — the process was smooth and professional. Based on this experience, I would not recommend using Enterprise or Alamo.

    We picked up our car on 2/07. Unfortunately I don’t remember the name of the employee that helped us but I wish I did. He was fabulous. There was a short line and our car was ready on time, which was good. The employee gave us our choice of cars, appreciated that! He was overall very kind and patient. I haven’t had that great of an experience at most enterprises, but this one was awesome!

    My wife and I rented a Mazda MX-90 for a week in Springfield, MO and the whole experience couldn’t have been better. Other than a long line to pick it up, both agents were easy to work with and had great attitudes. The car was perfect for the winter weather that developed during our rental period because it was all wheel drive. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
