  Great experience. Wonderful customer service. Had to rent a vehicle due to my own vehicle having issues, and they were very friendly and helpful.

  We rent a lot every yr and many times from Enterprise, but this location gave us an SUV last night that has a strong smoke smell and a cigarette hole burn in the front seat. I have 4 kids and it is a disgrace that Enterprise even put this vehicle on the line to put anyone in it. We were coughing extensively from the airport to the hotel. Today we have a 4 hr drive to visit family. My husband went right in and hold them last night as soon as we opened the vehicle. They said they didn’t have any others and would give us an $129 discount (it’s a $624 rental) and told us to stop at a Walmart and buy ozium to help with the smell. So we are suppose to use our precious time to visit family for Christmas to try to fix their problem. If they had any decent customer service, they would have acknowledged that no one should be put in this vehicle and set us up with a different company on sight last night that had cars or bring a vehicle to us to exchange once we reach family today. Never rent from this location.

  The Enterprise at Springfield airport had horrendous customer service this week. I wasn’t able to pick up my car on time. When I brought my car back the next day, I was late because of the weather and they tried to charge me for another day. When I asked to speak to someone else, the manager was hateful and treated me very rudely. I will rent from anywhere but Enterprise.

  I called to see if there was a car available as I had put my car into the shop for repairs from an accident last month. I gave them my reservation # and confirmed my address, phone #, etc. I was asked if I could get there by 11:30 am, which I just barely made, being an hour away. When I got to the airport (the ONLY Enterprise location that had cars available today) I was told they didn't do insurance rentals. Why didn't they tell me that on the phone after I gave them the reservation number made by my insurance company? I lost time, money (gas isn't free), and experienced extreme frustration because of the incompetence and/or ignorance of the reservationist and the indifference of the counter people at the airport. I don't get upset easily, but this whole experience has soured me on ever using Enterprise.

  The employees at this location seem to care but you can tell they are tied by corporate red tape. After a Springfield branch confirmed they transferred a reservation here they confirmed “ oh he screwed you, and didn’t transfer the reservation here. There is nothing I can do for you.” My family was stranded on the side of the highway. And politely said- I’m sorry.
