I made the mistake of signing before and now I’m stuck with paying for a “ding” that I still don’t see on the front passenger door according to the report. If we’re supposed to sign papers after, maybe the employees should do their job better because it feels like I was taken advantage of and they did a poor job inspecting. He checked the tires, the gas and opened the trunk. You guys can check all that on camera. Lesson learned.

Unfortunately, they don’t tell you that they’ll charge double per gallon on gas if you don’t fill to previous levels, but won’t refund if you overfill when returning. Different from my experiences at other rental businesses regarding the refund on overfilling the tank
