Useless staff incapable of doing something correct and then lying to the customer about saying that they’re gonna charge you out-of-pocket when they should’ve dealt with the insurance company directly except for you dealing with them I would not recommend this place. They try to upsell you on a car just so they can avoid doing their jobs correctly and signing you up and you’re not aware that you have to call every day to extend things when you’ve been told a totally different thing.

This is the only place I rent from in town! Amazing staff and fantastic service. I have been a customer for more than a decade and never had an issue with a rental.

This is the BEST enterprise in the area. I first started going here when Steven was the manager. He was a great employee to the company. There have been so many staff in and out because they get promoted oh so often but right now Eli is the manager, and Emily is the assistant manager. Eli is always so helpful and chill when I come in. I am always late to pick up my rentals and he never minds. Emily is such a sweetheart. She knows her way around that place. She never gets upset or frustrated and is always so kind. Believe me that place can get wild. I once witnessed someone cuss them out because she came on her lunch break to get her rental and did not have time to wait. People are impatient and unkind and they deal with the brunt of those people. They never get mad or upset, they just respond with kindness. There are some new gals too that are amazing. If you need to rent a car go here. But also a little side note, all enterprises are individually owned but if you book online they let you book a car but that enterprise might not have a car. That is a corporate problem. Call and complain to them. Please do go in and yell at these employees. They are such wonderful and kind people. Treat them like you would treat your grandma, if you like her. :)
