- NJNate Jones3 days ago5.0Had the engine blow up in my 06 Ram. Bought a second one to replace it and added a few performance parts to spice things up. After they got it all installed, I took it home. Finally was able to enjoy the new stuff. Unfortunately, a few days after that, the engine blew up, yet again. After some exploring, the entire engine was toast. Bearings were broken, the brand new cam was shot, everything. Out of their own pocket, they completely replaced my new engine for me at no charge. These guys are awesome. If I have anything to complain about (constructive criticism), it would be that I didn't get my new parts reinstalled because they didn't want to blow up a second engine lol. These guys are awesome and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for anything from oil changes to engine swaps.

Every other place said “we’re out of inspection stickers” or “we stopped performing inspections” or “call back on such and such date to make an appointment”. It was close to 4:00 pm when I called, I was 30 minutes away and they didn’t hesitate to get me in. Also when I got there, the customer service was top tier. I had already been checked in and was sitting in the chairs when the guy at the desk had to go outside for another customer and said “Ma’am I need to go outside, I will be right back”. I think they could teach a class in customer service at this place! It’s all guys and they were so professional. I will see about using them for car repairs as well in the future. 😊
