Previously, I had a terrible experience at the same chain in Strafford, Missouri. I am glad I did not let that experience dissuade me from trying here. The whole experience was exceptional. Our salesman, Ben, was very knowledgeable, thorough, and most importantly, listened to what we were looking for. The finance manager went out of his way to explain everything. The delivery team was also great. They showed me everything I needed to know and took the time to go further into detail if I asked for it. If you are in the market for an RV, give them a chance. You will not be disappointed.
