I did exactly that and the poor girl I spoke with on the phone tried for 20 minutes to get a supervisor on the phone to help me. No supervisors were picking up. Agent told me an Alamo supervisor would call me, that was more than a week ago. Basically, if you get a response from them after a negative review, it is simply lip service. They have no intention of trying to stand behind their product or service.

The only issue is had was the car when I got it there was dog hair in the car and a little trash but other then that I had a great experience with them. I did clean the car and took it back cleaner then what it was when I picked it .
