  Bass Pro Shops / Cabela’s — Springfield, Missouri 🦅🇺🇸 🏕️🔫🪵 In Springfield, Missouri, inside the same massive complex as Bass Pro Shops and the aquarium, the Cabela’s section hits completely different 🦌🎯⚙️ This part leans deeper into the outdoors — hunting, gear, history — but what really stands out is the firearms display. It doesn’t feel like a store shelf… it feels like a timeline 🕰️🔩🪶 You’re looking at weapons from completely different eras — from modern precision rifles to pieces that look like they came out of another century. Some of them don’t even look like guns anymore, just raw metal, strange shapes, almost like artifacts from a forgotten workshop 🎥🧠 It genuinely feels like history is preserved here. Not just shown, but kept alive. You walk through it and realize — this isn’t about buying anything. This is about seeing how far everything has evolved 🌾🚛🇺🇸 Missouri has that deep-rooted, old-school American vibe — hunting traditions, craftsmanship, respect for tools — and this place reflects it perfectly. It’s not flashy, it’s real 🔥😮 Honestly, it hits you unexpectedly. You walk in casually… and suddenly you’re standing in front of things you’ve never seen before, trying to process how they were even made 🇺🇸🛻✨ At this point, the whole building stops feeling like separate stores. Aquarium, Bass Pro, Cabela’s — it’s all one big experience. And every section somehow manages to surprise you again

  The sales reps at the entrance and near the restrooms were extremely aggressive and unprofessional. One rep stopped us as we were leaving the restroom and heading into the museum and immediately started pushing a discounted hotel or vacation package. He talked non stop and kept trying to pressure us into paying for it on the spot. Even after I clearly tried to walk away, he continued talking loudly and would not respect our space. It felt like we were being pressured and almost blocked from moving on. This behavior was very uncomfortable and completely ruined part of our visit. We came to enjoy time with our family, not to be harassed by pushy hotel package sales tactics. Bass Pro should seriously address this issue.

  We took pictures with my husband dream boat and then got this boat from Copart! Bass Pro has huge assortment, we’ve bought live scope here for paddle fish season! And it’s easy to return if something doesn’t match.
