I took it to a local place and the frame was not bent! They rounded the bolt and didn’t want to mess with it I’m sure is what happened. Definitely not going back here. What a very wrong thing to tell someone!

He offered me all the ins and out of the services provided and had recommendations for what was needed in a way that made me feel like he wasn’t pushing any unnecessary products or services. When I declined he was on to the next step with a smile and what felt like honest feedback. I am not sure what his name was but he was tall slender gentleman with reddish facial hair. Seemed like an honest guy. The reason I gave a lower rating is because of the price! Honestly outrageous! I only went there because I couldn’t get into the dealership before my trip! I would go back for the next service but it is not likely! I can’t afford that price every 6 months!

They communicate very well and are very friendly and their service is quick and efficient and I personally loved that I could stay in my car and not sit in the lobby.
