They picked up our car from the accident scene, put the car on hold and when we wanted to get our stuff from car, asked to pay $300 cash just to get our phone from the car. The fees were so huge that the car was not worth it. So sad that they treat people that way knowing that we are going thru so much mess and expenses, and still want your last dollar. Response to your reply. Yes, the hold was placed by the trooper, but we were picking up our stuff after the hold was released. About insurance, the car did have it, just not a full coverage. Again, you did not respond to $300 fee you took just to pick up a phone and a stroller from a car. Anyone who reads your response can tell how you treat your customers.
