The front door was locked but people were present and wouldn’t come to my knocking. I called the store but again no one answered. I called corporate and they stated their business hours was 8-12 and that someone should be there to assist with my rental. I waited in my vehicle and at 12:06 Josh and another individual came out and was in the process of leaving. I told him I had a reserved rental I needed to pick up and he stated we are closed and it would take to much time to turn everything back on. He reiterated the store hours at which time I informed him the doors was locked before their posted closing hours. He then lied and stated they wasn’t. This is the character of the manager at this location apathetic, lazy and dishonest. Beware renting a vehicle from this business.
