When someone ran into my front quarter panel, Novak’s helped to arrange a rental car for me and had it delivered to the shop when I dropped my car off. Repairs were flawless and the car was returned cleaner than when I left it- not just the side that was hit and repaired. The owners then worked to arrange the return of the rental car. I really will never go anywhere else!
