  I've never been treated so badly by a manager of a place as I did with their st. Peters manager and im disabled charged when it was accident and not my fault.... he was disrespectful and rude and treated as if I was a poor loser, yes I am poor but no lower. He charged me when both insurance companies had been.paying and was asked by insurance companies to give me the discount price when I had to pay out if pocket he would not I was told to cone in a redo contact and he advised me when I got t here with the vehicle loaded with my stuff cause I have been staying in Motels for sonetime he advised that I needed to give him another 600 dollars to take the vehicle back with me till I could replace my vehicle, so all my stuff and I were put out in a storage bin place and left with no regards to a place fir me to stay or for a medicine that I need to goto office every morning to get and weekend doses or I'm very b sick and this is for a bad hip I'm awaiting a replacement for and my bad leg us 3inches shorter than the other. So I'm devastated as to the accident but as the treatment I've received from the help I needed.

  never will I ever deal with the BS they put us through getting this new vehicle again. I had to do paper work 3 times. ..drive 4 hours once to do so ... and then their plates were expired 2 months before they were actually supposed to be expired. So the police kept bothering me. And the paperwork had to be redone over and over because of their mistakes..

  We rented a van for pickup at the Wentzville location. Enterprise was not able to get it there. We were directed to the St. Peter's location instead. Zach actually showed us 3 different options. We ended up upgrading to the Sprinter van, and they upgraded our rental to unlimited miles. There were a few minor issues with the van, a couple of the seat belts didn't buckle and one of the USB charging ports did not work, the van also alerted us to add a quart of oil. Otherwise, the van was wonderful and we had the most amazing trip. When we returned the van, Cody (I think) gave us a refund for returning it a day early and also for the quart of oil. Definitely consider a passenger van for travel, it was so nice to have everyone together as we had 9 people traveling altogether.

  I'm usually not one to leave negative reviews but this Enterprise location did me dirty. I reserved a 15 passenger van a month in advance. I called the morning of the reservation and asked if the van I rented would be ready earlier than noon which was my scheduled pick up time. The person on the phone told me that the van would not be ready early but WOULD be ready at noon. I show up at noon and after the employee went in the back and talked to someone on the phone for ten minutes he came back up front to tell me that they did not have a van available at all! Again, this was AFTER I called earlier that morning to confirm the van would be ready. He said the manager he talked to on the phone stated that they tried to call me days in advance but no one picked up. I asked for the phone number they had on file and it was mine. I received zero phone calls from them and had zero voice mails. Completely unacceptable that they took no accountability, tried to gaslight me into thinking it was my fault, and then offered no viable solutions when I had 10 people waiting on me to come pick them up for spring break vacation. I asked if any other locations had vans available and they told me they looked at all of the Saint Louis area locations and none of them had vans available. At that point I was irate and left so that I didn't go off on the guy and make a scene. I went home, got online, and found another 15 passenger van available at ANOTHER ENTERPRISE LOCATION off of Washington Ave. The Washington Ave location was the exact opposite of my experience at St Peters and I'll be leaving them a five star review.
