When describing your car and its condition, limited responses in drop down boxes were only available and did not allow me to accurately describe my car. This could cause a disproportionate difference in your initial estimate and what they actually offer. Once I reached the office, I was very impressed with customer service, the transparency, and efficiency of the process. John (manager) was very upfront and explained the process clearly and concisely. I feel he did everything in his power to fairly maximize my payout. I would use this service again and also recommend to others based on my experience.
