- JJJessica JamesFeb 23, 20265.0I will only go to Novak’s Collision Center for any future car repairs. When someone ran into my front quarter panel, Novak’s helped to arrange a rental car for me and had it delivered to the shop when I dropped my car off. Repairs were flawless and the car was returned cleaner than when I left it- not just the side that was hit and repaired. The owners then worked to arrange the return of the rental car. I really will never go anywhere else!
- DHDevin HopkinsDec 31, 20252.0The customer service is non-existent. Anytime I called while they had my vehicle, to check on the repair status, I was made to feel like I was wasting their time. On 12/23/25, they left a message saying my car was ready. The hours posted to their website said they were open until 5pm and we arrived at 4pm to find the shop had closed early. No signs posted, nothing. I figured they would be closed on Christmas Eve and Day, but they were also closed on 12/26, and of course they're not open on the weekends. I had turned in my rental car on 12/23 on way to pick up my car. So that put me without a vehicle for 6 DAYS. If they had said in the message that they were closing early and that they wouldn't be open for 7 days, I could've planned accordingly. But I DIDN'T KNOW BC THEY DIDN'T TELL ME. When I arrived on 12/29 to finally get my car, I politely informed the man that this had happened and what a bind this put me in over the holiday. The man said "sorry" with a laugh. Never again will I bring a vehicle to Novak's.

They did an excellent job and were so easy to work with. The owner personally spoke with me and made sure all was fixed to my satisfaction! Would highly recommend this business to anyone needing a place to have their car worked on. Thanks to Novaks for making this an easy fix!
