- NNNicoleDec 26, 20251.0Went to get my emissions done. Was asked if I had an appointment cause they only do them by appointment. This service has always been first come first serve! No where on their website does it say by appointment only. Out of 3 bays there was only 1 taken and workers standing around. The guy that talked to me was very rude and shook his head at me when I was pulling away. I wasn’t rude with him at all until then.

The manager made no attempt to get any information from me other than to tell me to park my truck and wait inside. Waited for about twenty five minutes before I realized it's going to take a little bit of time so i'm going to walk next door to walgreens to kill some time. I get back and my truck has been backed up into a parking spot, and there's three cars that have been pulled ahead of me . The employee bryan was very, very nice and very apologetic, and let me know that since the manager had forgotten to get my personal information, they scooted everybody ahead of me that recently showed up. He even went so far as to take the blame, even though it was clearly his manager's fault. Me being a restaurant manager, fully understand that anything that goes wrong is the manager's fault. I was fully intending on leaving a one star review until the employee stepped up and got involved and had the manager moved me into a different bay above the other people that arrived a full hour after me. Bryan is amazing thankfully or else I would have been held hostage for potentially several more hours by this lazy manager.
