  Owen , Chris , Liz and Mike helped me out a lot , you know how insurance companies can be hard to deal with they made it easy and helped me out through the way , I definitely recommend this location they'll get you going and get you the places you need to be !

  I have had a need for more frequent rentals and this location is much more convenient than the others. I have to give Chris W. A shout out because he actually did go above and beyond and earned a 5 star. I normally don't comment because I treat the 5star system as a bell curve, but in my most recent experience I truly received 5 stars of service. Good job.

  One of the THE worst locations I’ve ever dealt with, Had to swap car moved us from a midsize SUV to a compact Hyundai Kona. Told us to come back in a few days when they get something bigger, Came back 3 times in a row to be told either they didn’t have anything bigger (lot showed otherwise) or be told a car was coming back from repairs and never did. Then had to rewrite our contract because we rented from another location 2 hours away, Then they made me pay MORE AND made the return location for their store so they could get the car I currently have that didn’t even come from them and came from the airport because of their incompetence on dealing vehicles. You want better customer service? Go to the airport or ANY other location, Cause this one doesn’t have that. You want to pay more? Come here. You want cars that also are dirty and smell like smoke? Come here as well, Otherwise go to another location for decent cars and employees. UPDATE: He never closed out our rental contract correctly, We had to contact the original branch we have the car from to get our deposit back and points. He also charge us for gas here and never stated we owed for that. Shady location and terrible business practices

  Outstanding Customer Service! I had my rental for 8 days while my car was being repaired and had several interactions with the staff because my car was not ready as expected. Whether I had stopped in or called everyone was so helpful, patient, kind and professional. I mostly spoke with Chris who was so patient with all my questions and Zach who did the walk around when I picked up the vehicle. There was another employee, I can't recall his name, who helped me when I stopped in on Friday trying to decide if I should keep the car over the weekend. Thank you all for such a positive experience! I certainly will be using this location for future rentals!

  We rented after being involved in an accident in the St Louis area while on our way to Florida. Not only were we picked up at the shop where are car was towed, the driver helped transfer all our belongings to the vehicle he picked us up in, and again to the car we rented. Extra effort was made to ensure that the car we ended up with would be big enough for everything we had with us. Because of the service we received it was less than four hours from the time of our accident until we were back on our way to Florida. Thank you Enterprise.
