An elderly customer was having a difficult time and Mike went above and beyond to help her. She had been in an accident and didn't know where her car had been towed, which police department had shown up and needed items out of her car. This had nothing to do with Mike renting her a car, yet there he was, on the phone making calls to try to help her locate it and next steps for her to take. She was tearful and Mike treated her with compassion and reassurance. The gentleman who assisted me, unfortunately, I didn't catch his name, was friendly and professional, apologizing for our wait. Our wait was normal, as they were assisting other customers. He handled my rental with efficiency, friendliness and professionalism and realized the car he picdked was "dirty," and Dante jumped up to get it cleaned up and ready. When it was ready, I was able to get into a warm car on a cold winter day. The scene I saw today warmed my heart as all 3 gentlemen truly cared about what they were doing and took pride in their work. While customer service can be taught, the level of compassion, friendliness and service were ingrained in these gentlemen; it's who they are. Enterprise should be honored to hae these 3 men representing their company.

Chris reached out to several other area locations to accommodate us last minute, was able to find a diesel fuel truck which got delivered direct to my home less than an hour later. Upon return, Chris reimbursed a large chunk of the additional diesel fuel cost (original truck was unleaded) along with another discount and a credit for future use. Superb customer service!
