Always a head ache and excuses with this place. Had to even start recording everything in person due to the fact they would lie so muchband say they didnt and once i say i have proof they change the story again. Will be searching for a shop that actually cares about the customer and wont lie or make excuses every time you talk with them. Have had people I recommend in the beginning stop going as well for the same reason. Now I just tell anyone that asks for recommendations to just avoid any of the carx shops in the area. All they did was make things worse on us due to there lack of professionalism and honesty.

Alan was very nice and called me to update me on my car. Explained what went wrong with it and got .me in for service the next morning. Also had it done that day.

They were busy but they took me right at my appointment time. The manager was very nice and helped me get my valvoline discount card, even thought they were busy he took his time to help me. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.
