The winter storm is horrible. This location is forcing employees to come in. With no 4 wheel drive vehicles. With possible write ups or further actions taken against the employees. When officials have asked people to stay off the roads. So autozone puts profits over employee safety. Let's do better autozone!

I came in to get new wind shield wipers because the ones I was sold did not fit. As soon as I walked in an older employee took my child out of my eye sight and down an isle. This made me very uncomfortable and I had to step away from the counter in order to have eyes on her. Then One of the employees kept insisting that I was wrong and the wipers would fit my car. The employee went to my car and tried for themselves and they in fact did not fit. Meanwhile the cashier began complaining that they were supposed to leave at a certain time and were still there which was not my fault. After the windshield wipers did not fit the employee found another match and installed the wipers for me. The experience made me uncomfortable and not want to go to this location.

Some old guy “tested” my battery because my car was having trouble starting. He said the battery’s is fine and he would park the car because the alternator was bad. He treated me as if I was stupid. Took it down the road to O’reilly. They tested the battery and changed it same day. I’ll be going to o’reillys from now on.
