As soon as I walked in an older employee took my child out of my eye sight and down an isle. This made me very uncomfortable and I had to step away from the counter in order to have eyes on her. Then One of the employees kept insisting that I was wrong and the wipers would fit my car. The employee went to my car and tried for themselves and they in fact did not fit. Meanwhile the cashier began complaining that they were supposed to leave at a certain time and were still there which was not my fault. After the windshield wipers did not fit the employee found another match and installed the wipers for me. The experience made me uncomfortable and not want to go to this location.

He treated me as if I was stupid. Took it down the road to O’reilly. They tested the battery and changed it same day. I’ll be going to o’reillys from now on.
