    This location in particular is absolutely miserable to deal with. This is not based on one or two visits either. I have lived near this location for many years and have seen nothing but a plethora of people working here that either 1- hate their job completely and do not hide it at all 2- lack customer service 3- lack motivation or awareness to anything around them. This store has a spot on the shelf for Mobil 1 Racing 4t Oil, I use this for my motorcycle, this place is around the corner, and it is Never, and I repeat, Never in stock. They say its in stock, go look in the back, and always come back empty handed. This is just one big frustration I have with this store. This has happened countless times over the last few years and I guess Im at fault for still going to the store expecting a different outcome. The communication between employees seems to be a big problem as well and corporate should really pay a visit to this location and clean it up. There are alot of other options around and its unfortunate that the most convenient option, always turns into a bad experience.

    I needed a battery and it around 8:15pm. Jay and Maya were very helpful and replaced the battery and new connector. It took less than 30 minutes and had me back on the road. I appreciate the service very much

    Thanks for the help and your patience. I had a terrible couple days and had to have been a test of JIm's patience. He tested my battery it was bad and I purchased a new one. Great for me I live perhaps a quarter mile away. I was completely distracted, I mean a stack of problems and worries thus leading me to attempt to put the battery in backwards. Took it back and Jim pointed out my error I finished installation there. I also asked him to put the purchase on another credit card. You know when your just making someones day worse? I hate doing that I felt so bad so please when you see Jim give him a smile or a thank you when he helps you. He was a great guy!

    Gray Shirt, Joe, was very disrespectful to me during my store return. I came in to get a refund on items I didnt use and he first tried claiming he never sold the items to me. He rudely stated the reason why my AC Recharge product did not work was because we purchased the wrong one and should have bought something else instead. Did not say it nicely. Very smart elick like. He scanned something and had me sign the keypad and I waited patiently before asking if he was all finished or needed anything else from me. He snapped back and said I HAVEN'T EVEN STARTED! Brought me over to another register, told me to insert my card and the machine displayed "please keep card inserted" so I again waited quietly and patiently then he rudely asked me if the pin pad was asking me to do something. I replied "no, it just says please keep card inserted" to which he replied, "GREAT! You froze my computer!" So I continued to wait hoping the computer would eventually unlock...he clicked around and then asked me to take my card out of the pin pad. I told him the pin pad was still saying "Please Keep Card Inserted" to which he again RUDELY said "I DONT REALLY CARE, TAKE YOUR CARD OUT!" so I did so. From the moment I walked in, to the moment I walked out, Joe was nothing but disrespectful towards me for no reason. I am a woman and didnt know anything about what I was returning or why I was returning them, other than to get my money back for unused parts. I did not deserve the disrespectful attitude he gave me through the entire transaction and I certainly hope he does better in the future. As for myself, I will no longer patronize this location and spend my money. I bought $350 worth of things from this location and his attitude towards me soured it all. Lisa W originally rang me out and was phenomenal to work with. She was very kind and sweet and patient. I can't say enough sweet things about her. But Joe, needs to leave his sour attitude at home or find a different job if he hates it so much. I have already sent this exact review to corporate and above. I dont need contact details. Thanks.

    On 08/12/25 employees closed the store down at 8:50 when they are supposed to stay open till 9pm. I pulled into the parking lot as they walked to their cars.
