- BBBritFeb 20, 20261.0If I could give no stars I would. I ordered online for an airfilter for my car. Thinking it would be ready in an hr or so. Boy was I wrong. I waited five hrs and still nothing. When I would call up there they would say we are still working on that order. What do you mean its an airfilter, I didn't need you to built it for me. So I call the 1 800 number to cancel, spike with ADAM and he said he got it canceled for me. This was all on .2.19 here we are Friday and my acct said that the money was taken from my acct, go back online to check this order land it says its ready to be picked up, but how I canceled it on thursday?? Call autozone and they said oh we don't deal with that on this end you have to call the 1800 number again. We are done with autozone, this is the third time we have had issues with this autozone. Oh and when I logged in to check the order to see why it wasn't canceled. Well it says its ready to be picked up, ummm I never received and email like they said I would to let mennnow it was ready to be picked up! Yall need to reevaluate who you have working here bc its lazy ppl. Bye AZ.
