  The compressed air was not operational once again. This function seems to be out of operation quite frequently across multiple Zips locations in St. Louis. This was a key feature when choosing to have a Zips membership.

  Had the $40 wash. When I came out there was still soap and water all over my car still. Nothing got dried and I’m still finding soap even after I towelled my car down. Vacuums are good and glad for the rags but disappointed overall.

  Service was nice but the wash definitely scratched the side of my car! The car is also still dirty in several places. I would not recommend this car wash.

  Do not recommend going to this location or doing business with this company they cheap out and do not use enough soap was a member for 2 plus years i never missed a payment. And employee refused to let me go through the car wash and said they are allowed to refuse service to anybody they they want to.

  Standard paint damaging auto drive through car wash. Its odd the pull up kiosks dont work and you have to pay through the people standing there.
