  Chris is a very professional gentleman, he didn’t pressure me into getting a membership after I told him I wasn’t interested. That’s something I can appreciate. Very respectful. I will be back!

  I come in here weekly, but yesterday I had a very negative experience. The manager on sight on Wednesday at 5:30, Theo, seemed to be in a bad mood from the moment I pulled up. He directed me onto the tracks and I did the same I usually do, following the directions to go in neutral and take your hands off the wheel and petal. He then started yelling and flailing his arms around, it was flustering because I didn’t understand what I did wrong. He yelled and groaned while putting the tracks on emergency stop. I backed up like he told me to, but asked if he could please speak to me nicer and apologized for anything I may have done wrong. He continued to argue with me and talk down to me like I was a child being reprimanded. He said clearly the directions are right here and that I was going to damage their equipment. I believe ALL employees should speak to their paying customers with respect, and for the manager to continue to treat me this way after I apologized and asked for respect is mind blowing to me. When I went to complain, the other wash attendants were respectful and understanding to my situation, but since Theo is the manager they told me to complain to corporate. I will be stopping my family & I’s subscriptions, no one deserves this treatment when simply trying to wash their car!!

  I love that they have free vacuums! Chris helped me today and he was very friendly. I will be back anytime I need a car wash.

  Carly ran right out to help me as she could tell I was having difficulties. Carly was so caring and helpful through the whole process. She was able to set me up on a membership for my family. Each team member was very helpful and patient and got me setup and the car looking amazing. Thank you

  Love this car wash definitely worth it I got the membership I just pull up it scan and I pull threw great place definitely recommend it
