  Being a member of the Emerald Club and using the Emerald Aisle is just the BEST experience when using a rental car service. No standing in line at a counter, just walk to the Emerald Aisle, pick any car and go! It's super fast, super convenient and in my opinion the ONLY way to rent a vehicle! It's easy to contact a representative too and they're super helpful. I have used my Emerald Club membership several times to rent vehicles, each time I rent one, the number of days rented counts toward a free day. Because of all these wonderful perks, I would never even consider using a different rental car company!

  I really like National. I’m pretty faithful to them because of the way I’m treated, regardless of the airport or State. The employees are always polite from drivers, lot attendants, and management. I recommend to give them a try if you haven’t rented from them. It’ll be worth it.

  Last week in St. Louis, I had an exceptional experience. Mr. Darrell greeted me with a warm smile and provided assistance in selecting the ideal vehicle for my business trip. His friendly demeanor and honest approach compelled me to share my positive impression with others. Traveling frequently can be demanding, but having someone who truly understands the importance of customer service significantly enhances the experience.   Rented a Jeep Wagoner for 7days for $1200 that I felt wasn't too bad. Had to go back to rent it for a 8th day due to our plane flight was cancelled. You charged me $289.00 for the extra day that I felt was a "ROBBERY". Had 6 people and luggage so we needed a large SUV. Not very happy with NATIONAL CAR RENTAL.

  100/10. Yes, you read that correctly! Renting from National at St. Louis Lambert Airport was an AMAZING experience. The shuttle was waiting outside the terminal upon arrival. The shuttle driver was a VIBE! She was sure to make sure everyone knew where to go to complete returns. There may not have been a huge selection of small SUVs but I did find one with Android auto and went on my way. At check out, Audrey was very attentive to my needs and concerns. She escalated a concern I had to Brian who promptly came to address although I did not think it was a huge deal. I had a bad experience with another rental company a few months ago and was nervous about renting a car again. The staff at STL National has earned National their spot as my "go to" rental company. The entire rental process was smooth. Upon drop off, I immediately received the email confirming my rental had been checked in & closed out, which was peace of mind.
