  Sarah (Branch Manager) and her team were awesome to work with while my car was in for warranty work. She went above and beyond, stayed positive the whole time, and made everything easy. Highly recommend this branch, 5 stars all day. Sarah is a great leader!

  A1 customer service I pass up four or five enterprise location just to come to the Creve Ceour location to rent. They have the absolute best customer service‼️

  My experience with Enterprise over the New Year’s holiday was very satisfying. The vehicle was fantastic, and the staff at both ends were efficient and professional. I always have and so far always will recommend Enterprise to anybody.

  I recently had an amazing experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car at 11931 Olive Blvd, St. Louis, MO 63141. I lost my phone during my rental, and the team went above and beyond to help me. They found my phone, kept it safe, and as soon as I called, they verified my identity and told me I can come and pick it up—such a thoughtful and secure process! On top of that, they provided pick-up and drop-off service, making everything so convenient. Sarah, the manager, and the entire team at this location were professional, friendly, and truly cared about my experience. I’m so impressed with their integrity and customer service. I will always choose Enterprise in the future!
