    Assistant Manager “Brady Jesse” delayed service after accusing renter (myself) of presenting a fraudulent utility bill because it was printed out. He demanded that renter log into personal online account and hand him the cell phone. Brady stated that the location was “high risk”. When he was asked to clarify what that meant he refused. Per written branch policy, debit card police doesn’t mandate personal online access for verification. When Brady was asked to show the policy or statute he was using to assert his demand for online access he refused to produce anything. The printed utility statement was in current and in compliance. No past due notice, account number was visible and the renter name and address matched his valid State driver’s license. A valid printed utility statement has never been an issue at any other branch. Keep in mind renter is a loyal “Gold Tier” member.

    Car was not clean & inside had an order waited an 1 hour for car caf was switched from dodge to Toyota no gps without subscription car need repairs not a good car
