- SCSandra CrowMar 6, 20261.0So slow and inconsiderate. They made me wait for "more guys" for them to "show me the car" for 15 mins after we already discussed that I was on my way to get my kids. There are 3 employees in here and the car is sitting ready with all window open outside the door.
- JFJay FriesFeb 28, 20261.0I cannot emphasize how much this location has changed in terms of horrible customer service. I've rented here off and on for 7 yrs and it has just become horrendous. The staff is rude, condescending, and disrespectful. They nitpick and scold you when dropping off, treating you like a child, they ask for utility bills and 3 forms of ID when I already setup payment online, they say they don't take check cards when the website says they do accept them. I've seen people turned away over simple things and been overcharged for cleaning standard wear and tear. Can't wait to never rent from this location again and may never use Enterprise again either. Shame on you all. 😡

I was helped check in and out by Connor and he also helped me shovel snow away from my personal vehicle so I could leave after check out and waived an uncharge that had automatically been applied from changing my reservation details on the rental a couple times. I recommend renting from these folks
