  Usually I really like this place. My most recent visit was underwhelming. Having been here so often I know that the worker who directed me into the tunnel didn't follow the standard procedure. He didn't spray down the car, didn't direct me in and overall seemed disinterested in his job. I understand it's merely a car wash job but we consumers are being asked to pay a premium price and I usually choose the premium package. I appreciate being treated like a premium customer. Maybe he was having an off day. But keep in mind, it's what pays the bills and give it your best effort while you're on the clock. It's that effort that keeps people coming back and keeps the business open.

  Went to Watson rd location. Service was fast and efficient. Mackinsey answered all my questions even reminded me to close my sunroof. I forgot, that was a close one!!!

  Got my truck washed at Express Zips Car Wash on 2/21/2022. I still had all the grime and salt residue from the snow storm that we had in St. Louis. Went through once and it was all gone. Mac got me in and out. If you’re looking for a wash visit Zips. Thanks Mac
