They do not rinse the car well so you always have soap and liquid wax all over the car when you leave. They are extremely expensive even for the basic wash. What's there to like? Nothing. I got the 2nd to best wash. There is still dirt and bugs all over my car and a ton of blue liquid wax dried to my tailgate. Awesome

Their vacuum bays are always well maintained, and they never run out of hand towels and window cleaner solution. Their entire washing tunnel is fully operational as well. It's always a pleasant experience at this particular location. However, this is the ONLY Zips Car Wash location that runs at this high level. All of the other locations in the area are way below, even minimum expectations. So, if you are considering a monthly membership, I would suggest that this be the only location you visit in St. Louis. This is a 5 star location. If i am being very kind, the other Zips locations would rate a 3 at absolute best.
