  Extremely disappointed and frustrated with the lack of accountability here. My car was recently TOTALED (over $8,000 of damage in the preliminary estimate) in a multi-car pile-up inside the tunnel due to a documented equipment malfunction. I have an official police report explicitly stating the car wash malfunctioned, which has been provided to management and the corporate claims department. Despite this, the company is refusing to take responsibility and has largely ignored my repeated requests for help. If you value your vehicle and expect a business to stand behind its service when things go wrong, I strongly suggest going elsewhere. Zero stars for both safety and customer service. PS I didn’t even get a refund for the $18 car wash that did this to my vehicle.

  This was an experience that I was looking forward to on the subject of cleaning my car in totality. I arrived, and the individuals who ask you which type of clean you want for your car were as polite as cab be. Afterwards, I had absolutely no need to use my own vacuum to clean my interior surfaces. The place had car vacuums of their own for you to use, but some of them do not work. Be that as it may, the environment stays tidied by the employees and the manager is always available. I had fun cleaning my baby to perfection✨️

  I purchased my membership with Zips on 1/13/26. Today is now 2/2/26, I have gone on 4 occasions to this location to get my vehicle washed & ended up turning around to leave due to their car wash being out of service or getting serviced. Not to mention their vacuums, a lot of them DO NOT WORK! Only a few. On one occasion I had to literally step into the snow to get the vacuum, they did not attempt to shovel the snow to make it easier & safer for customers to access the vacuum. I will not renew my membership, once my two months has ended with their promotion. I will be returning back to Club Car Wash.
