  Thank you NTB for your efficient, save and complete service. The young man that helped me not only explained what happened to my tire, he made time to correct it and explained why it happened. Thank you for being here, close and the type of friendly established we need in Ferguson, Missouri. A TOP Notch FACILITY!

  I went to the West Florissant NTB to get 4 new tires. The workers were nice. I arrived 15 minutes before my 10am appt time. The guy entered the order. I asked do they price match. He said they do and I called Andy Wurm and the guy gave a verbal quote to NTB of $680 for 4 tires. The guy at NTB said he already had me in. I said that's fine I wanted to see if there was a difference so it could be matched. However, NTB did not do the price match. They charged me $895. I asked why was it so high with a buy 4 tires get one free. NTB guy said because of the lifetime warrenty that I did not ask for (when I came in I asked if the tires came with a warrenty). He added a warrenty that was $103. I didn't get any information, paperwork, website etc on how to use it if needed. The guy that changed my tires when he was done went under the hood. I went over and asked him why was he under my hood. He said he was doing an inspection. I said I didn't come for an inspection. I let him know I had just had an oil change and they gave me a read out and everything was fine. I had to go back a second time to ask him what was he doing. He said checking the battery. I told him that it was fine it had already been checked. He did the check anyway, he said it was good but to keep an eye on it. They charged $25 per tire to put on the car and $25 per tire to balance them. So an additional $200. I waited 3 1/2 hours and veryone that was there before me and that came after me got done before me. I spent $895 during the holiday season when I was only there to replace a spare that I had put on that morning. I do feel like I was slightly taken advantage of. I should have come in with a man. Again the workers were nice but the service and information needs improvement.
