  Very friendly, didnt even wait for shuttle, super easy to drop off and head to airport. Car rental is on Woodson road as FYI.

  Car return was excellent. The branch manager made it a quick and smooth process. Shuttle was already waiting and helped me with my bag. Pick up was slow. I waited at the shuttle stop for 20 minutes and the National shuttle was a no show. The Enterprise shuttle said there was a traffic jam so they picked me up to help out the other driver. The check in process was smooth. It was recommended to me by a friend to avoid renting a Kia or Hyundai as these are the highest theft vehicles. I rented a Corolla and it drove smooth with zero issues.

  Don’t waste your time here. There was a sign saying debit cards are accepted with a return flight ticket. I showed my valid ticket and was still refused. The employee couldn’t explain the policy, and the manager kept changing his story every time I tried to fix the situation. I was left standing there with equipment, scrambling to find another way around. Customer service promised a manager would call me back within a few hours. That never happened. If zero stars were possible, that’s what this place would get

  Horrible. Fly in here a lot. I’m done. Guaranteed to wait 30 minutes for a shuttle. It’s like the strategically staff down when the busiest arrival times are happening. HORRIBLE!

  I rented a car from National a month ago. I bought gas, and brought it back showing full. Yet your check-in devices show gas down to tenths of a gal. I had a 1/2 gal less than when I started, so you charged me for 1/2 gal of gas. This week I rented again and also brought it back full, but it had 1.5 gal more than when I took it out, but you didn't give me a credit for that extra gas that I bought. It's impossible for a customer to know exactly what's in the tank when we pick up the car. Your current policy sucks
