The actual branch where you rent from is impossible to get in touch with. They do not have a direct phone number. Any number that is called goes to the customer service of National that is not located at that particular branch. I picked up and dropped off my 4 vehicles at the FBO 2 days ago and they are showing overdue on my app and there is no way to get in touch with the branch to see what is going on. The National customer service people put in a request for the branch to call me but they still have not. I actually have been trying to contact them for 3 days now, originally trying to change the card that was used (unsuccessfully because again, you can’t call them). They have been emailed by the FBO National personal, as well as messaged several times by the National customer service people and still have not been able to get in touch with them. I am not no longer in the St Louis area, and have no way to contact them. This is absolutely unacceptable for any business to not have a means of communication with its customers, especially when you are a car rental customer. I would hate to see what would actually happen if you were in a wreck or something and needed to talk to them. It is absolutely ridiculous. National at most locations is usually pretty good, but this particular branch is not. Just keep this in mind if you plan on renting from them for an FBO pick up/drop off. 0/10 would not recommend this location.

Used this place for the first time. I fly to STL once a month for work and typically use Enterprise. Despite the National STL location being a war zone due to construction, I like getting off the shuttle and right into a vehicle in the Emerald Club area. Much quicker than the check in process at the Enterprise desk. Shuttle ran well to and from STL. Typical rental car and no smoke scent like so many on the Enterprise cars have. Will keep using now unless I run into issues.

Easy pick-up from the airport with convenient and frequent shuttles. The process was quick, and I appreciated that the drop-off area was close to the executive section, making everything seamless. The support staff, especially the lady who went out of her way to help me find the right car, made the experience even better. Dropping off the vehicle was smooth and efficient, with a warm thank-you from Mike, the branch manager, which left a great impression.
I would strongly recommend this National location for anyone renting a car in St. Louis — top-notch service from start to finish!
