We called AAA and they jumped the battery, but refused to replace it since it would take 2 hours given the amount of work to access it. Jiffy Lube had the exact right tools and expertise, and was able to install a new battery in just over an hour. They were extremely professional throughout the process. A dealership would have charged 3 times as much and taken 10 times as long. I would definitely use Jiffy Lube again for repairs, oil changes and other services they offer.
