- KRKarin RansdenFeb 7, 20265.0I rented a pickup truck at another location. The agent called to tell me they didn't have one, and gave me zero help locating one. I called this location because they specialize in trucks. Ryan Z., the asst. manager, was so pleasant and helpful. While he didn't have one at his location, he found a truck nearby and made sure I would have everything I needed for a smooth rental experience. Kudos to Ryan for giving me the excellent customer experience I expect from Enterprise.
