About an hour before pickup, Enterprise called to advise they didn't have a vehicle available with the outlet. The vehicle offered did have a working DC charger outlet but these often overheat. In the end, the absence of the reliable outlet essentially cancelled my trip as I need it to charge my portable oxygen machine and the trip was 600 miles. This was very disappointing but Ben, the assistant manager did absolutely everything he could to compensate and was genuinely sympathetic. Based on his efforts and understanding, I would definitely recommend this Enterprise to others.

He implied I didn't posses the funds for a two week reservation, that he'd like me to get off the phone, and then had the audacity to ask to refer me to Enterprise Car Sales when I let it slip that I'm shopping for a new car. The term 'shark' comes to mind for this associate.
