The salesperson, TJ, was polite, professional, and very knowledgeable about used cars. There were no high-pressure sales tactics at any point. During financing, a screen was placed in front of us so we could see every step in real time. TJ explained the warranties and their costs without pressuring us to choose any. He removed the ones we didn’t want and showed us the banks offering loans along with their APRs. We made our down payment and left with a used 2023 Audi. TJ and his manager were fantastic, and I highly recommend them. Enterprise Sales, a St. Louis-based company, is a great place for both rental and used car needs.
