  I had a great buying and financial help when I purchased my 2023 audi a3 on October 21, 2025. Unfortunately it has gone downhill from there. Had I known I would have used the 7 day return option. Within 5 weeks of purchasing the vehicle, I was stranded on Thanksgiving Day. After the holiday and first opening at Audi kirkwood I had my vehicle towed. They said that the battery was completely drained. The battery fortunately was covered under warranty and Enterprise covered my $100 deductible. I had not yet made my first car payment. Then on February 3, 2026 , while driving home thankfully I was at the corner of my block when the car started saying it was going to shut down, which it did, and the engine, battery and red triangle lit up. I was able to make it home safely, thanks to God! The car again was towed to Audi kirkwood. The issue ended being a recall issue and was fixed promptly. My problem comes in that I have only made 2 car payments and put 2050 miles on the car. When Audi did their inspection, I had 3 items that needed immediate attention. Front brakes with pads and rotors costing $1, 339.35; 4 wheel alignment costing $285 ; 2 new tires with mounting and balancing $412. I spent $2025.89 total . I believe Enterprise Car Sales on Ladue Rd does not fully inspect and certify their vehicles. There's no way this car should have passed certification. One last thing, I don't want to place blame on Enterprise for a cover-up paint job, but my trunk is pretty discolored! Thank you

  We had an excellent experience buying a used car from Enterprise Sales on Ladue Road. The salesperson, TJ, was polite, professional, and very knowledgeable about used cars. There were no high-pressure sales tactics at any point. During financing, a screen was placed in front of us so we could see every step in real time. TJ explained the warranties and their costs without pressuring us to choose any. He removed the ones we didn’t want and showed us the banks offering loans along with their APRs. We made our down payment and left with a used 2023 Audi. TJ and his manager were fantastic, and I highly recommend them. Enterprise Sales, a St. Louis-based company, is a great place for both rental and used car needs.
