- CSChazz SawyersJan 25, 20261.0I have been a Dobbs customer for a long time and I never had a bad experience with them until this past week. I took my car up to receive a proper diagnostics for my check engine light coming on, and they call me back saying they are turning me away. They said “take the car anywhere but here” because they heard a rattling in my engine and did not want to work any further. They still charged me the full $200 diagnostic without even solving the issue. Completely disappointed.
