    Shout out to the staff at Dobbs on Tesson Ferry! I brought my car in first thing on a Monday because I hit a concrete wheel stop on the previous Saturday night. It sounded like I was dragging metal after the accident, so I didn't drive it anywhere else but the closest Dobbs. While I was busy trying to calculate how the repair was going to be paid for, I was surprised to be handed back the keys only a little time later. Turns out, I'd knocked off some plastic from the underside, and it wasn't necessary to keep it. So the Dobbs staff removed the torn part completely, and didn't charge me for labor! All good news! I'm ecstatic about their customer service, and plan to happily buy my next set of tires from them soon. Can't recommend Dobbs enough for their service! Thank you Dobbs!šŸ˜šŸ‘

    In absence of store Manager all staff is not working efficiently they donā€™t have emission test sticker in stock and they told me after wasting my 45 minutes

    They told me I was 4th in line for waiting but did not turn me away which I appreciated! I feel most places discourage you from waiting at that point. I had the time so I truly didnā€™t mind and didnā€™t take that long. Manager was great during checkoutā€¦very helpful.

    Wonderful experience! I was in from out of town when my car broke down. They took my car in ( right before they closed) and had it fixed by the afternoon of the next day. They called and updated me ongoingly on my car needs/pricing. Gene and Lisa were the two individuals I spoke/worked with the most and both were very helpful.
