  This is the best Dobb's location. They honored the warranty work on our truck. The Oakville location would not do the work. Highly recommend the Tesson Ferry location.

  This is my “go to” shop for any type repairs!! Anthony is great along with his great crew!! Don’t waste your time hunting for car work… get in done right, quickly and honestly!! Best!

  I had a great experience at Dobbs Tire & Auto Centers thanks to Anthony, Gene, and Lisa. From the moment I walked in, they were friendly, professional, and genuinely focused on helping me out. They took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure I understood my options, and never made me feel pressured. Their customer service was outstanding, and it’s obvious they care about doing the job right and treating customers with respect. The work was completed quickly and efficiently, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. If you’re looking for a team you can trust for honest advice and quality service, I highly recommend Anthony, Gene, and Lisa at Dobbs Tire. They made what could have been a stressful situation a very positive experience.

  Car repairs suck. Mechanics rarely see us on our good days, but Anthony and his team are amazing. After moving to south county in 2019 they became our new full-time mechanic. We have been up there enough over the years with 4 cars and will continue to trust them with any new ones we buy in the future.

  I am giving a mixed review. I have had great experiences when dealing with Anthony the manager. However I've had a few instances from a particular individual. Not keyboard warrior ,not naming names. More so to bring it to dobb's attention. I called a few weeks ago about replacing an alternator in my wife's vehicle. Battery light was on and I went to AutoZone and they said I needed a new alternator. As a repeat customer I immediately called Dobbs. I spoke of my issue and they replied with "well we don't even know if it is the alternator" let's bring it on in. I mentioned the AutoZone visit and they replied well if you need a new alternator if you got $1,000 I can get you in and out right now bring it on up (I mentioned I don't have a $1,000) " well you know we have credit here". I replied I may call you back. I called a another place local repair shop near me. The first thing the guy says what is the year make and model of your wife's vehicle... They quoted me $712. New and install. In short you can see the big difference between price which I checked through the internet that quote was fair. In addition to asking me actual questions about the vehicle. Rather than being a quick pressure sales person the place that I went to actually inquired what was going on with our vehicle. Needless to say now I feel like I have been taken advantage of in prior dealings with this individual. We have always brought an our vehicles to Dobbs for the last 7 years. Not only did they miss out on $700 I have no plans to return. I do need a coolant pressure test with another vehicle. Dobbs's quote was $74. Unfortunate that I have to look elsewhere.
