    I made an appointment online and had excellent customer service when I arrived. They gentleman were able to answer all my questions and were very friendly. They didn't pressure me into any further items. Just gave me options for the future. I actually had to go back a few days later for a flat tire and they were able to get me in asap for my repairs. Great team and so easy to get everything I needed done. Id recommend this location for anyone needing an oil change or tire issues. 10/10.

    I had a great experience at Car-X in Concord Village. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Fast service and great customer care. It’s nice to see friendly, smiling faces and honest service. I’ll definitely be back!

    Customer service phenomenal! Charles is a gentleman and sweetheart. I made a 9 30 am appointment for an oil change, but it took a while. In all fairness it is a small location, but it really was worth the wait. I got a $600 less than estimate for another issue. Im definitely going back. This is 30 minutes from my home and worth the travel.
