- CECedric EdDec 18, 20251.0on September 29 I was at Fenton Walmart when my lower ball joint on driver side broke , I decided to have my car towed to Car X because that's were i used to go for maintenance and mechanical issues , I told them to fix whatever needed to be fixed , manager told me that only ball joint needed to be replaced, the next day went up to shop paid for repair , jumped on highway on my way to lake of Ozark, car started shaking like crazy I was scared so I had to call my friends and the manager at the store because I didn't know what was going on , so he scheduled a appointment for me to come back in and it was discovered that the arm that connect to ball joint also had play in it and the my car didn't even have wheel alignment and tht weights fell off wheel , the mechanic the was working on my car no longer worked there So I took my car to Hyundai dealership and Meineke, both Machanics said that my car was not repaired correctly and the ball joint that was put on by car x would have to be removed and replace I'm so frustrated because I been to the shop at least 4 times , even tried to speak to the District Manager several times just to be ignored , I'm out of a lot of money now because car x has made things worst , at this point I should receive a refund ,so I can finish the repairs on my car , so I can feel like I'm driving safely on the streets District Manager won't call me , soni will try BBB
- EEEarlDec 2, 20255.0Admir Huseinovic was so down to earth and understanding. You don't too often find this in management. His whole team is awesome and it shows because of him. I would recommend bringing your car to them above any other car shop in south county.

As i'm listening and looking through the window, everybody working seemed to work with so much calmness, communication and confidence in what they're doing. Their price is the best by far and their atmosphere is great!
