Prices keep going up, delivery times are slower than ever, and they never call to update us when there’s a delay. When we call to check, we’re often put on hold for long periods or even hung up on. In fact, I was just hung up on today, which is what finally pushed me to write this review. For a business that relies on timely parts deliveries, this lack of communication and professionalism is extremely frustrating. We spend THOUSANDS with AutoZone every year, but the service has gotten worse instead of better. Very disappointing.
