The tech that helped us, Tristan, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He got us the battery we wanted and installed it for us. We also bought a windshield wiper. When he finished the battery,he asked if we wanted him to install that,too! It was completely unexpected, and I declined, but Tristan said he would be happy to do it. We thanked him and agreed. He was done before I finished filling the washer fluid! This level of service and pride in one's job is far too uncommon these days. Tristan should be recognized and commended for his performance today. We appreciate his kindness and help,and he has ensured our continued patronage. Thank you for his training and thank you Tristan!

Wasn’t having a great start to my day. Harold greeted me with a smile and got my engine light issue resolved. He went WAY above and beyond to make sure I understood the issue, and helped guide me through. He saved me a good amount of money and time by taking the time to help me troubleshoot, and was so so kind. The manager was also super friendly and helpful. I cannot say enough what an asset they are to this store. They are also just great human beings. Thanks so much Harold!!!
